The applications respond to the movement of a person walking on the interactive floor.

The package can be used to support educational activities involving English language learning. Thanks to the applications included in the Red Bus, students can name people, animals, numbers, items and activities from their closest environment, as presented in visual and audiovisual materials.

The main purpose of the games is to provide fun and entertainment at the same time as practising or learning words and phrases in English. It is an interesting form of mental and physical activity designed to reinforce or acquire new words and phrases in English.

The authors of the package have tried to respond to the developmental needs of school-age children, focusing primarily on supporting motor, sensory and language skills during organised, safe games and activities.

The Red Bus includes twenty-oneeducational and movement games that support the process of learning the basics of English. Letters, words and sentences spoken by a lector in English, images and sounds facilitate understanding, correct pronunciation and consolidation of basic words and phrases necessary for independent use in various situations in life. The applications are designed in such a way that the user can repeat the letters, words and sentences in English after the teacher. Each exercise includes brief instructions written in Polish. The package includes puzzles, riddles, colouring pages, quizzes, memory games and movement games.

The Red Bus applications can be divided into three groups according to the degree of difficulty and complexity of the exercises:

• Difficulty level: easy - movement games and simple exercises with hints:
  Alphabet, Detective, Don’t wake up the queen, Hide and seek, I can, Lilies’ letters, Memory, Portrait room, Rain, Who is it ?.
• Difficulty level: medium - exercises within one group of words:
  Catch a word, Coloring book, Hop on, Match, Quiz, Wheel of fortune.
• Difficulty level: complex - tasks combining vocabulary from different groups, e.g. numbers and nouns or requiring knowledge of the correct spelling of the word:
  Build the bridge, English breakfast, Magic, Shop, Wardrobe.

The theme of the application is set in London. We travel by red bus, go shopping, visit the palace and its park, meet the Queen of England and other members of the royal family. Fun and interactive exercises included in the Red Bus game collection help to reinforce basic vocabulary and cardinal numbers, as well as develop an understanding of simple verbal messages in English.
