Mat: Forest Layers

The forest layers mat leads children through the forest floor, shrub layer, understorey and canopy. Children move between layers completing movement challenges, make up short stories about animals from each layer and match illustrated animal cards to the correct forest level. The app includes one digital mat.
The app displays a static board as a large digital mat designed for projection onto the floor. The digital mat is used to organise educational activities in preschools and schools, including exercises and movement games using any props.
